I bought a car from this dealership 1.5 months ago and it has not been a smooth experience. The dealership delayed my title and registeration process too much (its still not done). Moreover once the sales was over, nobody picks up the phone or return calls. The customer service is absolutely appalling. I got a good impression of this dealership mainly because of the ratings on this site but now I highly doubt it. I will never recommend this dealership in fact I'll actively not recommend this dealership. The biggest reason why I give the poorest of ratings is because of their lack of communication and utterly poor customer service. More

There is special THANKS and honorable mention to corporate Honda America and to corporate customer service rep =Shawn and La Shaunda and case manager Gene! (apologies for misspells) Here's the deal.....Honda Accord 2006 (purchased 4 months ago) transmission fails during rush hour traffic on the interstate/beltway. In less than one week Honda corporate along with NW Honda service department effortlessly coordinated the assistance we needed with the transmission repair. The service communication between corporate and the service manager Mike Thompson was amazing and the car authorization for pickup communication between Matthew Proutt (used cars) and the NW Honda service department staff was impressive. WHY???? Because their customer service communication was extended towards each other. Even one of the mechanics that walked pass me said 'Excuse me"....... Loved THAT part!!!! The Used Car Manager Matthew Proutt honored the repair efforts of Honda corporate and allowed our family to enjoy the blessing where 3 lives were spared on a day that could have had a very painful outcome for three families (Thank You JESUS!!!). To Mike Thompson our prayers are with you and your family!!!! Often times we give good and bad remarks prior to and post a potential purchase of a vehicle. (Our purchase was a good experience as well). However it is equally important to know how dealers service customers well beyond the purchase and are reliable for continued care after your purchase. NW Honda exceeded all expectations under the current leadership!!! Hands-down...... a must go to Used Car Dealership!!! THANKS FROM the HOUSEHOLD OF GLAD4J4S!!!!! More

I started with Mark Honkofsky - and found the best salesperson I've ever met! Open, honest, helpful - he listened to what I was looking for, and worked very hard to find me the perfect match. He went to bat for me over the price, explained all the financing options, and made this buying experience the best I've ever had! I've owned Honda, Suburu, Audi, Volvo and Lexus - this was BY FAR the best! More

I am an internet car shopper. I can't stand the games that are played by traditional dealers as you haggle for the price. I want to get your best price before I even show up. For my recent purchase, that are played by traditional dealers as you haggle for the price. I want to get your best price before I even show up. For my recent purchase, I used dealerrater.com and filled out the forms directly on a variety of dealer sites to solicit bids from dealers that I've worked with previously or that appeared to be highly rated. All told, I solicited bids from 8 dealers. Northwest beat the next closest bid by $800 and most by $1000-$1500. They honored my desire to work via email and never tried to pressure me to get on the phone. The price was offered up right from the beginning and there were never any games. When we showed up to purchase the car, Michelle, with whom I had been dealing, greatly us warmly and quickly took us out to see the car. She got the paperwork started right away, and while we were subjected to the usual sales pitch on various options and warranties from other members of the Northwest team, it was a soft sell approach and we felt no pressure whatsoever. All told, this now being my fourth car purchase (I keep cars for 9-10 years on average), this was perhaps the best one by far. I heartily recommend that you include Northwest and Michelle in your search for a new Honda. More

I came in with low hopes of finding a rare car. I was looking for a 2012 SI. They had one in stock which had everything I wanted. The car is so rare, and they had it. We had a good experience with Matt Proutt and Northwest Honda. We felt that our needs were taken into consideration with regards to recommendations of vehicles and accessories.
