Everyone there is very nice from the person who answered the phone, to the service techs, and finally the cashier during check out. They go above and beyond to work with you. When I did go to pick it up, I noticed that my antenna was missing my Minnin Mouse topper. Paul took the time to go and look for it. It had come off in the car wash, I was so happy that he found it. Excellent experience, Harry listened, he did not pressure us, he was there to answer all questions, he knew about the vehicles and he showed us things about the vehicle we would have missed. This was my first time buying a vehicle on my own. I knew I wanted a used Honda CRV. Northwest was my first stop and I was very pleased with the attention and service given to me.
