This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I came into the dealership after finding the car that I wanted online. I didn't have money to put down for my dream car but that didn't stop this deal, the Finance Manager Robert Lashley understood my need and also workout a phenominal deal for me with a low interest rate & payments I can afford. I didn't feel taken advantage of just because I was a women. It took a little over 2 hrs and I rode away in my DREAM CAR thanks to Larry & Robert team Dynamite!!!!! I've had a terrible time dealing with this dealership. My family has been buying Hondas from this dealership for over ten years because of the sales team here. I have never been treated nicely on any interaction with the service team. I love the salesman from this dealership and I really hope he moves to another Honda dealership so I can buy another car from him. In a rush to do a personal errand, I had forgotten my old license plates and Jacob made a personal delivery to my home with the plates. The finance manager, Leenderg, was very busy with other customers yet made special effort to assure me I was not forgotten emerging from his office more than once to provide status updates and even coffee. Once in his office, the paperwork was waiting only for my signature. Professional to the “t”, and in today’s world, this kind of service is “unheard of”. I have purchased and leased many cars over 40 years and honestly could not recommend a more professional and accommodating dealership than NW Honda. More
