Had my civic serviced for alignment & suspension checked. Mitchell was the service advisor. He went above & beyond. A shuttle was arranged to take me home. When leaving the dealership, my car had been washed (I meant to ask but forgot!). Mitchell provided his contact information and told me to call if I had any questions.
