In this case, with appears the transmission issue and check engine light were not included as part of the KBB ICO appraisal. Dear Robert, Thank you for your enlightening response. It’s truly heartwarming to see such dedication to deflection and selective memory. It’s also worth noting that during my visit, Daniel Weissberg graciously admitted to reviewing the wrong spec sheet while we were in his cubicle. A simple mix-up, surely. The transmission and check engine light issue was also brought to his attention via our text exchange, within the context of me telling him “I didn’t want to waste either of our time if $8,500 wasn’t within the realm of the possible.” He told me it was and to come on up. We never spoke on the phone as you indicate, but he did blame his manager for misrepresenting the truth when we spoke in person at the dealership. I asked him if he would have his manager come tell me why he wasted my time. Daniel Weissberg just stared at me with his mouth open and didn’t say anything. I thanked him and Honda of Owings Mills for wasting my time. I appreciate your offer to discuss my experience further. However, after this enlightening exchange, I believe I’ve gathered all the insights I need regarding staff and management’s unique approach to customer service and decency. It’s evident that integrity and accountability are lacking at Honda of Owings Mills, located at 9701 Reisterstown Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117. Warm regards, Mike
