I was able to make a same day appointment for an oil change (the only reason I give 2 stars) but when I arrived, they acted like it was surprise. There was staff at 4 of the podiums, one appeared to not work in this area but he was the only one to make eye contact when he looked up from his phone. As I stood there I looked around and the same man pointed to the clerk straight across from me. I walked across the service lane and the gentleman (name tag on podium Kevin) never raised his head. Everyone had food on their desk and it smelled of food throughout the service area. The young lady at the next podium (name on podium Blake) raised her head in a surprised fashion, wiped her mouth and used hand sanitizer before engaging with me. She got the necessary information and I left. Shortly after leaving I received a text from "Kevin" stating he can be reached for any assistance needed during my visit. They contacted me to say that my car was ready. I arrived and went to the "Kevin" podium but he was not here and "Blake" went to look for my keys and receipt in the file cabinet, "Kevin did walk through and see this, not saying a word. She walked me to the cashier with not conversation about any findings. About 2 month ago I stopped in to buy Windshield wiper inserts. I did not intend on having them installed but it was offered. It took the guy a little while to complete the task and not until the weekend when is rained did I discover that they were put in upside down or backwards; when turned on bowed and did not curve to the window when in motion. I returned and of course I did see same service staff that made the mistake. The service clerk on duty had a service staff assess and reinstall the blades. I have noticed a decline in service since the name change. I will be explore alternative for car care. More
