This is the last time that I will ever visit Honda of Owings Mills for anything. The service was horrible. I arrive to what appears to be a child that served as my service rep. That was a first in the 4 Owings Mills for anything. The service was horrible. I arrive to what appears to be a child that served as my service rep. That was a first in the 4 years that I have been coming to this location. I don’t know if she was an intern or what, but she should not have been working with customers. I qet quoted one price for brake service and then when it was time to pay, the fee is now an additional $200 because the young lady failed to mention that the original price she showed me was for parts alone. I wanted new tires installed, but their policy is that they do not install tires outside of their dealership. The manager was unsympathetic and not helpful at all. Quite honestly, she acted as if she didn’t really care. Then the sales rep reaches out to me, wanting to purchase my vehicle. It took him the duration of the 2 hours that I’ve been there to give me a summary of the price of a newer vehicle. The entire visit was horrible and I will never receive service there again. More
