My service advisor, Cynthia Harvey, was wonderful— nothing but great words to say about her. She made sure I was only charged for what I needed and gave me suggestions on what needed to be done and why in easy-to-explain terms. When trying to leave, she saw my car was dirty and insisted it be cleaned before I left. 10/10 customer service. More
