I went back and forth for weeks with the salesmen Kenric Rice at Honda of OM as I shopped around at other dealerships. He was responsive, professional and patient as I negotiated pricing. When I finally settled with this dealership because he gave me the best price, I went in to sign the paperwork. I already had financing set up (which I didn’t disclose right away) but I wanted to see if i could get a better rate with Honda financing. After meeting with Ariana Williams I decided to go with my credit union even though the rate with Honda was a little lower. She was so rude and condescending. At one point I had to ask her to stop interrupting me so I could fully ask my questions. She made me feel like the questions I was asking were dumb and I was wasting her time. I would have totally went with Honda financing but I wanted to get out of that office with her as quickly as I could. I’d be surprised if there aren’t other complaints about her. I should have known how she was when I overheard her tell a coworker she’d smack the sh$! out of them when he walked by and made a comment to her as I was walking into the financing office. I assume it was playful banter but clearly not appropriate in front of customers. After I came out of the financing office Kendric asked me if I was ok because my energy level wasn’t the same. I told him about my experience and he apologized over and over. It’s a shame that people like her can ruin the whole experience of buying a new vehicle. For me, Kendric is 5 stars but I’ll never deal with that financing office again as long as Ariana Williams is there. More
