If it were possible, I would give this dealership zero stars. We purchased a car in March, and it's now June 19th, yet we STILL DO NOT HAVE OUR TAGS. They initially provided temporary tags, but now claim stars. We purchased a car in March, and it's now June 19th, yet we STILL DO NOT HAVE OUR TAGS. They initially provided temporary tags, but now claim they can't issue another set, leaving us without any options. They have no idea where our tags are and can't provide a tracking number. We cannot continue driving with expired temporary tags. What's the solution here? The dealership has none. This experience has been a nightmare. Every visit to the dealership for updates has been a complete waste of time with no progress. Their excuse is that the person handling the tags is unavailable, and no one else knows what's been processed. This level of disorganization is UNPROFESSIONAL. They need to figure this out. More
I’ve been a customer at this location since 2015. I always felt that my business was appreciated as well as my time. I was always satisfied with the quality of the services performed. My advisor Josh was very helpful when I complained to Him that I needed to leave as I had another appointment. In my opinion, the scheduling of service appointments is flawed and I will have to think hard about going elsewhere. More
I’m from out of state and the service department was super helpful and efficient in fixing my HRV. Great customer service and very nice staff.
