I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your dealership on Saturday, October 18, 2025. I have never encountered anything quite like it. It began when I brought my car in fo experience at your dealership on Saturday, October 18, 2025. I have never encountered anything quite like it. It began when I brought my car in for service. I met with Advisor Kameron Simms and told him I was there for an oil change. I also showed him a special offer I received by email for a full oil and filter change for $49.99. He said “no worries” and did not mention any additional fees. After waiting for about an hour and a half, he came back and said my battery needed to be replaced. I agreed to have that done. After roughly two hours in total, he told me my car was ready, and the total came to $277.05. I asked about the difference in price since my oil change should have been $49.99 as stated in the email and as we agreed upon at the beginning. He said I was correct but mentioned there were extra fees. I explained that he hadn’t mentioned any fees earlier and asked to speak to a manager. After waiting for about ten minutes, a lady approached me without introducing herself. Her tone was defensive, and she told me that “extra fees” were noted at the bottom of the email. When I pointed out that the advisor hadn’t mentioned this, she said, “He’s new and didn’t know.” She neither took ownership of the situation nor offered an apology. When I said I would pay but would never return, she replied, “That’s your choice,” and walked away. When I went to pay, I asked the cashier to show me the price of the battery on the receipt. She said, “I get paid minimum wage, and they don’t pay me or train me to discuss service.” After that, I went outside to speak with the advisor again, but he told me he was busy and directed me to another advisor, who eventually gave me the battery warranty information. Overall, both the manager and advisor were very unprofessional and showed little concern for customer satisfaction.
