This rating is about my service experience today from the Service Center. The communication today was awful. My car was towed-in last night. I received a call around 8am this morning informing me that they h Service Center. The communication today was awful. My car was towed-in last night. I received a call around 8am this morning informing me that they had my car, but then there was no follow up ALL day until about 45 minutes before closing to inform me that my car was ready. I had to scramble to get a ride and barely arrived before closing. Before then, my text messages went unanswered and my telephone calls went to voicemail. It was so disappointing not to know whether I would have a car for the remainder of the weekend. I would have expected better updates and communication than this. What a shame. More

I got electic break system pblm, i know my trail light is broken, they took my 4hous, after that i told them, i have to go . i had appointment 12.00 . Purchased my car from them a few months ago and today was my first time back for service. Staff was helpful and polite.
