BUYER BEWARE - Bought a new 2023 CRV from this place 4/23. It stopped working 9 mos later. The part it needed was on backorder forever. I was offered a "buy back", which really was a play on words. 4/23. It stopped working 9 mos later. The part it needed was on backorder forever. I was offered a "buy back", which really was a play on words. I purchased a new 2024 CRV to replace the lemon they sold me, and started a new car loan which cost me more than the 2023. They made a new sale on me because nobody else wanted my broken car. That was a "trade in", not a"buy back". And I had to submit the warranty and GAP paperwork for the 2023 myself after they said they would submit it for me. I waited 6 weeks to find out it was never submitted! Talked to Sudip, the owner, he had no answers for me. The customer service sucks here! I will never come back to this place! More
