This is a serious issue. I live in Pennsylvania, so I understand it is a little more challenging than if I was in-state, but I was told it was not a problem. Apparently it is. I am also tired of the excuse "well we changed ownership." The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has not changed their processes for licensing. More
