Absolutely dishonest dealer - very clearly discussed pricing and test drive availability over phone and text. After arriving at the dealership I was told the car I was interested in could not be test dr pricing and test drive availability over phone and text. After arriving at the dealership I was told the car I was interested in could not be test driven, and the markup was over double what I was told over the phone. Wasted almost two hours of driving and planning for nothing. Avoid these slimey salespeople - will do anything to get you in the door. More
This was the WORST car buying experience ever*! Mike of sales is Rude. Stay clear of the Honda of Owings mills. They’re over priced and lack the knowledge of the vehicles on the lot. If you’re not going for service which I would advise otherwise. I came 3 times for service just for NOTHING to get done. It’s just an unresolved mess. That they are allowing to continue because they haven’t paid the finance company back yet. Although they have had the car back since last year. It’s too much to type however I hope this helps someone go in a different direction. More
I would like to say thank you to Tony Skeleton and his team for working hard on fixing my car. I have a 2018 Honda Accord Touring , that I brought from a used dealership. But Tony and his team ,broke down the entire engine to find the issues , that needed to be fixed. I appreciate Tony keeping me informed with everything that needed to be fixed. I want to also thank Cynthia for being such a beautiful spirited person. Last I want to thank head quarters for, helping me with getting my car fixed. If you’re looking for good honest service, this is the place to come. I have nothing bad to say about this entire team from the front all the way to the back. 100% good customer service. The professionals at Honda of Owings Mills were very responsive and helpful. Ultimately the car we were interested in sold before we could get out to the dealership, but Drew kept us informed each step responsive and helpful. This is the second Odyssey I have bought from this dealer, and what an easy and pleasure it was! Finance was super quick and easy did it all online, and my salesman Guillaume was awesome! The timelines were accurate and he always answered all my questions asap. He took great care of me, and when the van came in we had a blast together getting it all set up! Can't speak to the dealership but I can speak to the service dept. Josh was excellent from my initial call to the completed work. Everything was done as explained, and he even got me shuttled home and b service dept. Josh was excellent from my initial call to the completed work.
