I made the decision to come into Honda of Owing Mills because I was called directly from the sales manager to help iron out a price range for the Honda Ridgeline RTL. No other dealerships have allowed me to speak with a manager via phone. In addition, this was one of the only dealers within the DC and Baltimore area that was honest enough to allow for a true discussion regarding the Ridgeline RTL price. At the dealership, on arrival, I greeted by the staff, sent directly to the sales manager (Mike) whom had called me. We discussed the deal for less than 5mins and I signed deal because it was the priced we discussed on the phone. Dominique in sales was an expert in handling all my paper work quickly which help with my financing with Honda. I was quickly approved for the lowest rate. The finance dept was quick and was not pushy on warranty packages. Overall, I arrived at the dealership at 1230 and I departed with my new Ridgeline RTL at 1430, a total of 2 hours. In addition, I may have received the best price for a Ridgeline RTL within the DC/Baltimore area, note that this car is in very limited supply. I would HIGHLY recommend working with the individuals mentioned and would recommend Honda of Owings Mills to recommend to my friends and family. More

I brought my car in on Wednesday 18 to fix my AC, picked my car up with a giant scratch on the side. They gave my number to the manager Danny Funk to get information about how that occurred and how it wi my car up with a giant scratch on the side. Waited through Thursday morning with no contact and then I had to call 4 times until I got through. I was supposed to be transferred to Danny and the line dropped. I called back and they were closed for the day. I arrive first thing Friday morning, since I was ignored all Thursday. I ask for the manager since he is the only one qualified to deal with this incident. After waiting for half an hour in the lobby, Shinork Ozkan decides he can help saying the buffer guy is third party and only comes on Mondays and Thursdays. So if Danny had given me a callback, perhaps I could have had my car repaired the next day… but they wanted to drag this out apparently. Shinork gave me Aaron Cucina’s card and said to come back on Monday for my car would be dealt with first thing. I call in Monday at 11am and the buffer guy is already gone for the day before noon. I schedule with Aaron now for Thursday morning at 9am. I arrive Thursday morning for a now fifth attempt to get this handled and I don’t have an appointment on the list. They take my car anyways. I notice it’s 2pm and haven’t heard about my car. I call to check in since the buffer guy didn’t work late hours on Monday, and someone answers the phone like a complete clown talking about how the buffer guy is working on his car and mine will be next. I receive a phone call at 4pm that the third party buffer guy had to run for the day and that my car was not worked on. I was told to call back next week, and maybe the buffer guy can make a special appearance Monday since he only works Tuesdays and Thursdays. This place is wholly incompetent and at this point wasting my time and having a good laugh. Good luck with your garbage dealership. I’ll never be back, you’re welcome. This is exactly what they wanted, they refused to review footage of how my car was damaged and now they are refusing to fix the damages. Two weeks they dragged this out and turned it into a big deal. It didn’t need to be but I’ll be speaking with the director to add another complaint about this staff. And I still never heard from Danny Funk, the most useless manager. More
