I explained I left work without my wallet and asked if they could go ahead and fix the flat and bill me. Gary spoke with another service person and returned with a resounding YES! In under an hour I was back on the road with a link to pay the bill once I was home. I really appreciate the effort of all who worked on my car today; they respected my time and made sure my car was fixed and safe to drive -- all with a joyful spirit. Highly recommend! More
Sales Manager insults & discriminates people by their accent I visited honda of owing mills for crv touring 2020 with my wife. The sales guy (sean) he was nice and professional (giving 1 star just because of hii I visited honda of owing mills for crv touring 2020 with my wife. The sales guy (sean) he was nice and professional (giving 1 star just because of hiim), and he brought the sales manager Q SUE to discuss about the final price of the car. This sales manager was good in the beginning and he told us what he can offer, so we didn't like the deal and was leaving the dealer store, and then he came to us and starting talking to us in a very rude way, he was shouting and was mocking us with our accent, my wife was shocked and embarrassed the way he is discriminating us by mocking with the accent. He was shouting on us in front of everybody in the store that day, he was not letting me talk and was keep on shouting saying that , "dont come here if you dont like the deal, go somewhere else and buy the car", he was keep on shouting the same sentence for 20-30 times . me and my wife left from there and felt so bad the way he spoke. The very next day we went to a different dealer and brought the same car with a great deal getting a difference of more than 1000$. Beware of this guy, If you are going to this dealer, he discriminates people by their looks and accent. God Bless Him More

Great Sales Person I can not say enough about Brandon Locke. He was the reason I bought the car from this dealership. I had offers from other dealers and Brandon made I can not say enough about Brandon Locke. He was the reason I bought the car from this dealership. I had offers from other dealers and Brandon made sure he could match it. He was pleasant, patient and professional. I origianally was going to buy a Forester but stopped here just to check out the CRV. Brandon answered my questions and was able to show me the better value of the CRV. It took me quite a while to decide on which CRV I wanted and Brandon never pushed or tried to influence my decision. I have bought quite a few cars in the past and he was by far one of the best sales person I had the pleasure to deal with. While on the fence about which car to buy, he was the reason I chose Honda. I will definitely recommend him to friends and coworkers. It was refreshing to have a sales person who easy going, professional and honest. More
Outside of the gentleman who runs the service shop this place is a mess. Brand new CRV less than 2k. In shop twice. No loaner car provided or rental (unless I paid for it). Manufacture issues caused the issue two separate times - still waiting for response from Honda since dealership basically said I am SOL and they can't do anything for me. Absolute awful customer service. Had to take multiple days off work and missed multiple appointments. Still no contact. Thanks for nothing. More

Jason, Sales Mgr, immediately came across as honest and fair deal maker....and in the end, he gave me a great deal and was very honest about all parts of my new used car transaction. Great sales reps, great deals, and awesome service ! I liked all these Honda reps, and so much so, that I plan to visit once in a while just to say hi. I had been searching for a vehicle for a few weeks and I was so discouraged I was ready to give up. I went to 2 Chevy Auto nations and after the second location they made me feel less than a person . I was looking online and decided to maybe try Honda, I got a call from David Shirid and I explained to him my experience with Auto Nation, my credit history, what I wanted, and my financial situation, When I arrived it was up hill all the way. He was so kind and attentive and he got me what I wanted and what was the best option for me he was excellent. Marcus Kess who handled the financial closing was also great, He smiled a lot and made me the closing procedure quick and painless and he thoroughly explained everything. Mr. Rice was professional, frie In the past year we have purchased two new cars from this dealership and both with the expertise of Kenrick Rice. Mr. Rice was professional, friendly and worked directly with my fiancee initially and when I decided to make a purchase I worked directly with him. We was highly knowledeable and worked with me to get the price and exactly the vehicle I wanted. The vehicle was delivered in excellent condition and Kenrick spent adequate time with me going over the nuances of the car to make me feel comfortable in driving it off of the lot. I was and it was ready to go. I was very happy with him and his no nonsesne style of salesmanship! My family is a Honda family and we again plan to purchase a vehicle in the near future. We will go directly to Kendrick Rice. He makes buying a vehicle a pleasure and knows his product. He stayed in touch throughout the process, kept me informed and delivered all that was promised and expected from a good salesman. More

He helped me out of a dying vehicle and into one that was not only new and beautiful! but more importantly fit my BUDGET! and for not being a pushy salesman and for that I am truly grateful! Eddie also cleaned out my old vehicle and loaded my things into my new vehicle, and when there was a minor problem with my new vehicle that needed to be serviced he quickly put me into a very nice top of the line Honda Touring for a day and a half. I must say I totally enjoyed that vehicle as well. When my vehicle was ready, Eddie drove it to me. I did not have to return to the Dealership to pick it up. I really appreciate all of the effort he expended in my behalf. I know Eddie works by commission, however, he should receive a Bonus of some type for no more than showing simple kindness and thoughtfulness. Thank You Honda of Owings Mills for having Super Salesman Eddie on the showroom floor. I will certainly recommend Honda of Owings Mills to family and friends as I already have.
