After the sale, it’s like they completely stopped caring. No one responds to emails or phone calls. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times to my salesman—nothing. Tried escalating to the managers—nothing. They won't even bother speaking to me. This dealership is great at selling you a car, but after that, good luck getting any help. The lack of communication and customer service is beyond frustrating. If you want a dealership that actually cares about their customers after the sale, I would look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else! More
