We have been using this dealership for service since 2018, and unfortunately today’s experience was the worst we’ve had. I came in for a simple oil change, but when I got home I noticed a very strong sm 2018, and unfortunately today’s experience was the worst we’ve had. I came in for a simple oil change, but when I got home I noticed a very strong smell of oil. After opening the hood, I discovered that the oil cap had not been closed at all, and oil had splattered throughout the entire engine compartment. This is not a small oversight — it’s a basic safety and quality check that should never be missed. On top of that, the cashier at checkout was extremely rude and inpatient . I understand it was the end of the day, but that’s no excuse for unprofessional behavior or rushed, careless service. After years of trusting this dealership, today’s visit left me very disappointed. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses both the service quality and customer service issues. More
