Even as better offers came in, they never wavered in their statement, and held true to their word when we came in to buy. On top of beating the best quote by $100, they included an accessories package that consisted of wheel locks, mud/splash guards, door edge guards, and pin stripes. These were not items essential to our purchase, but it was a nice touch. On the day we came in, Reina made the process quick and painless, and we drove home with our new car in just a few hours. After inquiring from two different car dealerships, we went back home and we're a bit tired and not so satisfied to what happened to us that day. Mr. Kenric Rice, product specialist of Honda Owings Mills, actually talked to me in the afternoon about Honda CRV LX AWD 2017 model and he wanted us to visit their dealership center. But I'm thinking that their place is quite far and I just wanted to visit them the next day since it's already late in the afternoon. However, due to the persistence of Mr. Rice, we were convinced to go to Honda Owings Mills at around 8:15 pm and we arrived there at around 8:45 pm already. Mr. Rice is very accommodating and he made business to us direct to the point. We did test drive of the vehicle right away and we have a great impression with it. The most difficult part is, which is I think common to everyone whose trying to deal a car, when we already talk about the number figures. Of course, we need to bargain and Mr. Price and his manager were able to to meet us half way with the price that we're bargaining. That late night car deal is indeed very "worth it" for us. At the time that we took the vehicle home, everything was very smooth. The documentation process is fast and easy for us. Mr. Price again oriented us with the features of the car and he also screwed the tag of the car. We were even given a free first oil change before we left. Overall, this was the most memorable and best car dealership that we have in our life. I would really recommend Honda Owings Mills to our family members, friends, and to other people who are looking for a great car deal.
