I made an appointment, met with the sales person (Kean Thompson), chose the vehicle I desired, spoke with the finance person (Preston Jenkins), signed the necessary documents, and was out of their as happy and satisfied as I could possibly be. Get over I visited this dealership back in February where I was advised incorrect info just for them to get a sale. I was pressured to do a review from the sal I visited this dealership back in February where I was advised incorrect info just for them to get a sale. I was pressured to do a review from the sales rep that advised me of incorrect information, then advised me that he wasn’t supposed to tell me, the finance manager was. The finance manager was just as worst. Instead of the sale reps and manager trying to help me get out of the bin of incorrect info given, no one wanted to assist. Even after speaking with the manager Q,who also advised that he would have his boss give me a call, I called several times weekly to speak with someone over top of management, was advised that I would get a call back. No call back from anyone. The place is full of very unprofessional and sale hungry reps that does not genuinely care for the customers, but wants to sell them a vehicle, even if it requires them giving the working information and pretending as if they don’t remember. All of who I have spoken with and delt with was not professional and completely wrong except for Kean, who was always willing to help even down to the process that they made me go through to get my hard tags even though the have received all of my information. Never again will I go here or recommend anyone. More
