Best Car Buying Experience We Have Ever Had A tree had fallen on our car and it was declared a total loss, so we were on the hunt for a new vehicle to lease. I just wanted to show my wife what a Civic Si it looked like. I knew Honda of OM had one previously, so we stopped by without an appointment or any forewarning. We were met outside in the rain by the sweetest salesgirl named Reina. She was very attentive and we told her what we were looking for. The Si was on the showroom floor and she asked us if we wanted to test drive one. We stated that we would and if there was another one available since the blue one was locked between cars on the floor. She said that was not a problem and had a porter move the vehicles off the floor. We test drove it and loved it. Now the hard part, or so we thought. We had a budget that we just couldn't go over as we were still waiting for the insurance payoff for our totaled vehicle. We then met Q, yes, just like the guy in the James Bond movies, he was the most friendly and pleasant sales manager we had ever met. He understood our situation and helped us stay within our payment limit. He even showed us the invoice! Something no other dealer has ever done for me. Off to finance. Preston was the Finance Manager and he continued our pleasant experience. Talk about a high tech set up. No paperwork, all electronically completed and extremely fast. We spent more time talking about our families than on paperwork. He took time to listen to us and we found out about his family too. From door in to door out, 100% pleasurable, personal, and professional. Visit them first or last, but buy from them, you won't have a better experience anywhere else. More

When I called to inquire about the checks, I was told to call on a specific day and time, NO answer. No returned call. Weeks went by so I asked to speak to the manager. The manager had the finance guy return my call, he told me I was hounding him. Six months later, still no check. I asked for old tags to to turn in to MVA I was told they would take care of it. They never did now I have a insurance violation in collections. More

While at the dealership, she constantly kept us updated and taken care of during what can be a long and frustrating process. Before leaving, she made sure that we knew everything about the new car that we had purchased and that no stone was unturned. The follow up call the following day was a nice touch as well. More
