When we initially visited, we shared with Kevin Deford that we were in the "research" phase o We had a wonderful experience at Honda of Owings Mills. When we initially visited, we shared with Kevin Deford that we were in the "research" phase of car shopping. He took that message to heart and shared all that he knew about the Pilot. He showed us several trim packages and took us for a test drive. Never once did he initiate any discussion about costs or financing. There was no pressure. When we returned later that day (after a high-pressure sales attack at another dealership), Kevin ended his break early to help us get started on the actual sales phase of our car shopping. He helped us as we figured out exactly what features we needed/wanted in our new car and then took the time to find the exact car to match. Part of the discussion involved color options. Kevin found a car on site that met all our listed needs but was our second choice color. He could have sold us that car without our ever knowing the different, but Kevin went the extra mile and drove to another dealership in Glen Burnie to pick up the car we wanted in our first choice color. It was a long day but an excellent experience! More

Pressure Free Buying Experience with Kenric Rice I unexpectedly needed to purchase a new car due to my car being totaled in a hit-and-run. This was my first time buying a car in almost a decade so I I unexpectedly needed to purchase a new car due to my car being totaled in a hit-and-run. This was my first time buying a car in almost a decade so I did a lot of research and test drove cars at a variety of dealerships. Through research, personal need, Consumer Reports, and testimonials I narrowed it down to a Honda Fit or HR-V. I came to the dealership and met with Kenric Rice to arrange a test drive. Kenric showed me the bells and whistles on the Fit EX and the features of the HR-V LX. After test-driving the vehicles and reviewing them with my husband I settled on the HR-V. Kenric and I reviewed the financials and additional details and while I knew he wanted to close the deal that day, he respected my desire to go home with the numbers and run them in my budget. I wanted to double-check what I was doing and I didn't want to be pressured into anything. Kenric and the GM honored that, gave me a good deal with the understanding that I could back out, and that relieved any pressure I felt. I sat with the numbers and returned the next day to pick up my new car! I'm thankful that the team respected my desire to sit with the numbers. If they wouldn't have been so flexible and understanding, I wouldn't have bought a car from them. More
