I was serviced on a Saturday and it was incredibly busy but YaNiah came up to my vehicle promptly and let me know she’d be right with me. She kept me informed the entire process and even gave me the option to pay over the phone because I didn’t think I’d make it back in time before closing. Surprisingly I was able to make it back 5 mins before closing and YaNiah’s smiling face was there to help me close out my transaction! She texted me when the techs found something that needed to be fixed and I was able to use a link to sign and agree to the additional service. 10/10 experience I will def be back and hopefully will get to work with YaNiah again!
