Difficult getting my refund. I bought a 2017 CRV last September 2017. My interest rate was high but was able to refinance with my credit union less than a month with a much better I bought a 2017 CRV last September 2017. My interest rate was high but was able to refinance with my credit union less than a month with a much better rate including GAP. I approached the finance person name Lane to cancel my Extended Warranty and GAP. He acted like I disturbed him in his office. He told me to come back to show some paper works from the original bank. I came back to him less than a month to show him the banks payoff letter. He told me I could have showed to him my credit unions refinance paper work. I just showed him the same paper works I showed to him the first time I went to his office less than a month from the date of purchase. Was told by Melissa at the business office who is also very nasty over the phone, to wait 4-6 weeks. I’m very upset with the purchase because this is my 3rd Honda. It’s a very reliable car. I told them before the sale that I DO NOT need an Extended Warranty. I never had an Extended Warranty with my other Hondas. But the sales department pushed it to my throat to purchase it and close the deal. I am given a hard time getting my refund up to this day(for both). I even called the Warranty and GAP company and was told they already sent the statement and refund to the dealership. I never had this experience when I bought my first 2 Honda's in an Ellicott City Honda dealership. I really do not like to call their office and deal with their attitude. I still have not receive my full refund as of this writing, and into my 3rd payment with my credit union. I have been their customer for a long time but I decided to buy my next car and follow-up service to another dealership. An associate called me not to give my refund but to offer a free oil change if I will remove my review in this website. Sorry I’m not one of those. My TRUST to this establishment is GONE. I will just pray and wish them the best this Holidays. More
