We had narrowed down our new car choices, and were planning on taking the CRV for a test drive before making any commitments. Kean set everything up for us quickly and efficiently. He made sure we knew how to operate the new features in the car, but did not "push" us to try anything. Since we are "older", we liked being treated in this way--it made us feel more relaxed. It was one of the many reasons we could enjoy the wonderful car we purchased, CRV Touring. When we thought it over for a few days and returned, Kean explained everything to us in a composed manner; and helped us get used to some of these marvelous new features. Sean is a GREAT TEACHER. We will gladly return and ask him about more "fancy features" that we are interested in using over time. More
