ALL of these issues are potentially anxiety-provoking, but if you have the right salesperson, everything else can be mediated or eliminated altogether. I had the right salesperson in Kevin DeFord. He went above and beyond to help us and to seal the deal so that we could purchase our vehicle that day!! We loved deailing with Kean and his Manager as well. The financing team really did an amazing job as well. They offered an excellent rate and were very efficient in completing the application. No hassel very easy transaction. My daughter got the exact car that she wanted, it was one of the easiest purchases that we have ever made. More
