Excellent As I was walking to the dealership, the sales representative was very courtiers with a small that assured me that he is ready to help. He shock my hand and looked at me directly, asking me, how he can help me. I explained that I am looking a car. but I must stay within my budget. The representative had different option just to fit my budget. we sat down and looked through the used and new cars, and also leasing option. He also walked me to the lot for both used and new car. I did not purchase my car on that day but I was convinced that I will return back on Friday and purchase my car. He called me the following day just to follow up. I returned to the dealership on Friday in mind knowing what I really want to purchase. The sales representative again walked me through all the options that I had. drove two cars for me to decide which car. I am more comfortable buying. He truly made my purchase more enjoyable. I test-drove this car model at least 4 times before finalizing my decision. The stuff at the dealership was very helpful. I worked directly with Mike Volkomich. He was very patient with me. He answered all of my questions. Mike also was very helpful. He helped me to get the model, the color, within the price range that I could afford. In other words, he made this deal possible for me.
