Great Experience!!! I decided it was time to break down and buy a new car. I knew Hondas are reliable and took a little time to look at several models and colors online. I decided it was time to break down and buy a new car. I knew Hondas are reliable and took a little time to look at several models and colors online.I had an appointment at another dealership for Saturday morning. Decided to stop past Honda of Owings Mills on my way home. I was greeted in a friendly manner by everyone I came in contact with. Dezmon Parker was my salesman. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He listened to the things I mentioned wanted and picked the perfect car. He took time to show me how everything works and took me on a nice test drive.I never felt rushed or stressed. Before stopping at the dealership, I had an idea how much I would be willing to pay for different models. There was only a $49 difference in price. I had not planned on buying a car that night but it was so perfect, I had no choice. I picked up my new Honda Civic Ex-L the next morning. It was clean and ready to hit the road. I was worried this was going to be a headache but it turned into a very pleasant experience. I sure hope they are all right there when I need to buy my next car. P.S. Did I mention how much I love my car. LOL More

My New Car Experience I was recommended to Honda of Owings Mills and my salesperson Dezmon, by a family member. I am glad I took their advice. I am not a fan of car buyin I was recommended to Honda of Owings Mills and my salesperson Dezmon, by a family member. I am glad I took their advice. I am not a fan of car buying so I called the dealership earlier in the week to ensure they could assist me with exactly what I was looking for (year, model & payment). Five days later I visited the dealership, test drove the car I wanted and signed the paperwork. I love my new Civic. My Salesperson Dezmon Parker was professional, knowledgeable, and timely in returning my numerous phone calls. Even after the sale, I had a question about my wheel locks and he responded just as promptly. One thing about his service deserves mentioning. I couldn't decide on what color vehicle to buy although I came to the dealership wanting a blue civic. However, the color did not look as I expected because of the pollen that covered the vehicle. So after test driving a silver one, looking at a white one, I asked Dezmon if he could run the blue one through the car wash. Low and behold, I drove off the lot with the blue one. Even though he knew up front that I was not planning to buy that day, he still explained all the features to me so well that I realized the model I was looking for was actually the one above the base model. He gave me the same time and courtesy you would expect to see given to a purchasing customer. After test driving the car, I fell in love and was completely sold. Still, Derek respected my time date and did not pressure me at all to purchase that day or buy additional add-ons I wouldn't need. Stress Lifted!!! After being super stressed with car shopping & on my way to another dealer that had been given me hassle I listened to the small still voice of God wh After being super stressed with car shopping & on my way to another dealer that had been given me hassle I listened to the small still voice of God which told me to stop at Honda of Owings Mills before I passed it by. I had no plans to buy that night (7:45pm) just wanted to stop in to see pricing. When I walked in I was greeted by Oz, a sales manager. He then linked me with Dezmon Parker (aka Dez) a young salesman who was oh so smooth in persuading me that a Honda Accord was just for me. I test drove the sport edition and previously drove the LX at another dealer. Needless to say that night the weight plus stress of needing another car was lifted. I didn't feel pressured like I had been for the past few weeks at various dealers in the area nor were the young men so pushy. Together Dez, Oz & Preston worked it out to were I left happy & satisfied with my decision to by a Honda Accord (I win). I didn't leave with the exact color I planned to leave in but I left knowing my car payments would fit my budget better and they are less than the car before.
