My family has bought 3 cars from the dealership for the past 20 years and always satisfied with services, However, my past B123 on 12/04/25 was very unpleasant, I dealt with Jay, and I had expired coupon, past 20 years and always satisfied with services, However, my past B123 on 12/04/25 was very unpleasant, I dealt with Jay, and I had expired coupon, he said he will honor it and mentioned my car needs B7 service and run my charges as 402.00 plus taxes. After the service the cashier run my charges to 535.00. I asked why but I could not find Jay to clarify, so I paid. In the parking lot I meet Jay and asked why I had extra charges, he said he did not include parts and that was just estimated amount. For the last so many years of service, I knew what I was paying ahead before my car was serviced. I think Jay tactics is unprofessional and Honda needs to address it. More
