He was attentive to all I wanted to say how great my whole experience has been with Honda of Owings Mills. My sales person Johnathan Carr was great! He was attentive to all my needs and concerns. He was very professional and polite. Was never pushy and allowed me to go at my own pace. At the end of the day I looked at other dealerships but kept coming back to Honda of Owings Mills and Johnathan. It was the service and professionalism that sold me. I would encourage anyone to give them a shot, and ask for Johnathan Carr. You won't go wrong! More

I got a great deal on a 2013 honda sport (which I LOVEEE) The finance man Larry was awesome as well. I would most certainly recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a car. Pleasantly Surprised My car was totaled on May 6 so I had to get another car. Only had my car for a year so car shopping was the last thing on my mind but I had no choice. Owings Mills Honda was my first stop and my last. My salesman Reginald "Reggie" Peterson was so pleasant and patient. I was very hesitate and uncertain but Reggie made my visit worth while. He showed me all my opinions and available Hondas. I know I took forever trying to make up my mind but Reggie was pleasant and smiling the entire time. He was helpful and acknowledgeable which made me buying my new car really easy. More

Finally a great experience buying a car! I was in and out with a new car in only two hours. Time was important to me as I had traveled from two hours away to this dealership. Life-saving Car Buying Experience! My husband and I were in the need or a new car because his old car did not suit our family's needs anymore. We had just came from another dealership w My husband and I were in the need or a new car because his old car did not suit our family's needs anymore. We had just came from another dealership with absolutely terrible service. At that point, we were exhausted and weary of what our experience would be like at the Honda dealership. Nevertheless, our experience was superb! Melvin was superb and restored our enthusiasm for the car buying process. His approach was perfect. He greeted us while we were looking around outside and did not immediately ask us about anything related to numbers. He genuinely wanted to know what we were interested in and what we were looking for. From that moment on, he was considerate (got us into a vehicle quickly and out of the heat), bought us water, and even accommodated us by letting us move our car seat into the test drive vehicle so that our whole family could experience the test drive. Melvin was completely honest throughout the entire transaction and always made sure that we were satisfied with everything, right down to the color of the vehicle (which he had our specific color and vehicle brought over to the dealership from another dealership). We highly recommend Melvin for your car buying experience. He will make your experience enjoyable! More
