Our most recent purchase was after the owners changed and it became Honda of Owings Mills. Our salesman Marques was great but we had a very poor financing experience (not Marques's fault at all). We came in already approved by our own bank, but were still bugged by the finance dept to get a loan someplace else. The rate was great so we did, but it took almost a month for the dealer to payoff our old car. And the dealer called us back for a copy of our ID for the new bank. Not sure what the rest of the delay was but we had to make another car payment on a car we no longer owned because for some reason it took forever to finalize our paperwork with the bank. Finally, just before a second car payment was due, our old car was paid off by Honda of Owings Mills. They apologized and said the person responsible for the delay is no longer with them. I LOVE the service dept and Ms. Cindy always makes me feel comfortable, explains everything and makes me feel like I'm in good hands, so I'll be back for service. Not sure about purchasing again. More

They were attentive, answered questions, and didn't pressure. We got a great price, with great service. Scott even drove the car to us with the paperwork already prepared. He showed us the car's features and told us that he was always available for more questions. This is where we're going to buy our next Honda, and we're telling everyone that they should go here as well. More

Hani really has a great way to communicate with customers, like he was born to do it. Hani was very honest and very patient with meeting our expectations in all aspects of the selling process. Hani explained everything in full detail, with a tremendous spirit, and great patience. At the very end, it was really late and Hani still explained all the features of the car to me like they had just opened for the day and it was an hour after their closing time. Q Sue was great and was able to work quickly since I arrived to the dealership late that evening after I left work. I loved how the team worked together to delivery their unique services to me. I also met the GM and he was great too! Very nice and professional staff! Working with Lane P. For financing was great and his service was impeccable. He was extremely patient and offered his best advice while we were hung on the many services we wanted to put on the car. I got there late and they even stayed and hour after their closing time while I was making final decisions. He explained all expenses in complete detail so I was aware of all the charges I would be responsible for. I walked out knowing all the ends and outs of my new purchase. I am so happy with the car and most importantly I know that I got it for a great price! This is one of the biggest decisions made in life and this team made it so easy for me. I'm excited to refer my friends that want to purchase a car and to do business with them in the near future. When I think of any recommendations I could make to anyone, this dealership will be at the very top of my list and who does not want a Honda??? Extremely rude service manager behavior I have been waiting for a recalled part replacement for 5 months. Upon arriving at Northwest Honda of Owings Mills in Maryland on the appointment date I have been waiting for a recalled part replacement for 5 months. Upon arriving at Northwest Honda of Owings Mills in Maryland on the appointment date to have part replaced I was told the appointment, which I had scheduled 1 week in advance, was not in their system. The service rep was very apologetic and courteous in trying to resolve the issue. When he brought me to his service manager he addressed the situation with the service rep without even acknowledging me. The manager simply told the service rep I would have to wait 2 hours if I wanted to be serviced today. The replacement part which Honda has advised can only be held by Honda Parts for a limited amount of time cannot be given to me because it is against the law. The defective passenger side airbag cannot be removed because the law does not allow it. My only alternative is to reschedule again with Northwest Honda and hope this time the appointment will not be lost. This is not only mindless behavior towards your customer but more importantly unsafe for a driver of a Honda. More

In particular sales consultant Scott Staley who was very professional; he answered all my questions and walked me through the transaction without any heavy handed sales pressure. He was very patient in explaining the bells and whistles of my new car and told me anytime I have a question don't hesitate to contact him. Now that is customer service for you. Also, I dealt with Finance Director, Leendert Pijpers, as a repeat customer, who gave me a great deal. I will be back for my next Honda in a few years. More
