I checked around on my own and it was the BEST deal I could find. Both of my parent purchase their vehicles from Bob also. They recommended me and now I am on the Band Wagon. Everyone there that I came into contact with was very respectful, kind and helpful. I am getting 50+ MPG on my new Honda Civic 1.5L. I am driving extremely conservatively but I am trying to see how much I can nurse out of a gallon of petrol on my 85 mile round trip commute. That is only on my way to work, not city driving. The best I have squeezed out so far was 54.5MPG on my way to work from Westminster to Rockville. Anyway Owings Mills Honda is the right place for a great buying experience and the best price. More

He explained everything about the car in which I was interested and the difference between it and other models (both Honda and competitors). He showed an interest in making sure I was making the right choice and made himself available to answer questions or concerns. When we were reasonably sure that this was the car we wanted, he said he would make the deal happen...and he did! By the way, I have found that service is a sorely lacking part of all sales today and one of the reasons we purchased the CRV (over a Toyota) was because of Jack's attention to us, especially compared to the other salesperson. ~Binyomin Field More
