She is pleasant, friendly, and helpful. She took us through the Crosstour explaining the features and answering our question. When we decided to purchase the car she was easy to work with as we completed the paperwork. After she was done with her portion we transitioned to Dawn for the financing end of the deal. What would normally be a stressful time (a new car is a big ticket item after all) was a smooth and painless process. Lucky us! More

I returned to Northwest Honda because I had such positive feelings about the dealership. I was happy to be referred to Braden. I didn't know what I wanted to buy, but Braden was very knowledgable and understanding. Still, I wasn't ready to make a commitment. I took some time to shop online and try some other dealerships, but ultimately, I returned to Braden at Northwest Honda. I am happy that I did. Quick, & easy I have been having problems with my car for so long. I was referred to Branden specifically by others.
