Absolute customer service excellence. I have a local Honda dealership 5 mins from me but I still drive 30 miles to have my car serviced there. On top of all that they are honest and price is fair. I have never taken my car to a dealership for service because they typically charge 20+ more an hour than the local shops. I had a MAJOR engine issue which I figured required the expertise of people who because they typically charge 20+ more an hour than the local shops. I had a MAJOR engine issue which I figured required the expertise of people who work on Honda's issues all the time. My first experience has honestly been amazing and it's ALL because of my service representative Dan Doherty. He went above and beyond to help me in every way. My warranty company was horrible and one that they had never worked with. Dan was thorough and made sure to get me as much money as possible from them. He diligently dealt with this company and communicated with me EVERY DAY about what was going on, next steps etc. Honestly because of Dan I am rethinking that little extra you pay at the dealer, having him was well worth that extra charge and I am grateful for him. More

I bought a Civic here in 2018 with an extended warranty. Now, four years later, I needed an A/C condensor. Fully covered! They even checked everything about my car and paired my new phone to it! These guys are amazing! We test drove a Honda Clarity there when there were no other dealer would let us test drive, because they were so scarce on the East Coast. We weren't ready to buy, so we put a deposit down on the only one that was coming in. In the insuing months, I learned more than I wanted to about the relationship between Honda Corp. America and its dealers. Mike was dedicated to the cause of getting our car from Japan. He even found a reliable car shipper to ship our old car to our son in LA! Getting a Clarity east of the Mississippi is quite a challenge, but with the dealer's help, it happened. They even made sure that we could pick up in a single visit (since we live 50 miles away). We are too far away to make use of their service department, but the prep was seamless. This dealer is personal, accommodating and so helpful. Who would think that a car purchase (especially in a pandemic) would be so pleasurable. More
