Misleading customers to get more business on same-day I went there for an oil change and opted for the 'free 15 point check' on my vehicle. After my two hour wait (which was fine, as they had warned me it I went there for an oil change and opted for the 'free 15 point check' on my vehicle. After my two hour wait (which was fine, as they had warned me it would be that long), Heather came and told me that a part on my vehicle needed replacing for a significant amount of money. Of course I was concerned but not having the finances to pay for it right now, I said I would have to schedule an appt to bring it back in. I was fully intending to do that, but then she then proceeded to tell me it was not safe to drive and 'you'll have to sign something saying you take the risk that it's not safe'. Of course that was a complete and utter lie - I said no thanks, they came in with my oil change receipt and I paid and left. I feel that she tried to take advantage of me by scaremongering about a vehicle being safe to drive and flat out lied to demonstrate how severe it was. Disgusting, despicable service. More

Excellent Buying Experience I recently bought a Honda CRV from Daniel Corcillo, I was on my way to the CVS drug store when my check engine light came on. Thought I would check I recently bought a Honda CRV from Daniel Corcillo, I was on my way to the CVS drug store when my check engine light came on. Thought I would check out the August Clearance Prices @ Honda. Daniel was a great salesman. He listened to me and gave me an overview for the vehicle. He immediately got the keys and had me take it for a test drive. There was no pressure sale. He gave me a print out on a trade in as well as the fair value for the new car. He worked hard for me with his manager and I drove home with my new vehicle, not before going to CVS first of course. :) I would not hesitate to recommend Daniel to anyone thinking of purchasing a new Honda. Thanks Dan, Just drove back from Montreal. I love the car!!! More

I need to take a moment and author a note to you congratulating you and your team on delighting Jeremy and myself with the purchase of Jeremy's almost new Honda Civic. My neighbor had always spoke highly of your dealership, my niece had leased a car from you and my son-in-law purchased a car from you. Now it was our turn. From day one on meeting Dalton in the parking lot and then John, and then coming back a week later to follow through, it was like Jeremy and I were in a documentary on best practice on how to buy a car . Chris M, your "refined" offer sealed the deal. Chris W, you were great to work with as the business manager and the stories we were able to share. Michael, equal props to you for setting up the initial paperwork. It's hard to pick out anyone as the major influencer of our buying choice as each of you contributed to the overall experience, though much of our initial impressions of the dealership were imprinted by Dalton and John. I had been to three other dealerships and was demoralized by the whole process. As I wandered around the Used Car lot at Honda, wanting nothing more to do with sales people, John Wilson came out to greet me. The feeling I had within minutes of meeting him was that this was where I wanted to buy my next car. He had a very light touch -- no pressure at all, and yet he knew his business and listened well. John is a gentleman, an honest broker, and a solid, friendly, caring guy who wants to work with you to get the best possible outcome. Dalton, the manager, was also exceptionally attentive and fair-minded. Everyone involved was top-rate. These are good people. I left with a good deal, a great car (2013 Accord), and two new friends whom I will visit whenever I come in for service. It was a quality experience at a quality place. More

When speaking with John I felt like I was speaking to a friend who had my best interest in mind. Chris Wells was also very helpful and straight to the point. I liked that I wasn't followed around being nagged like other car dealerships do. I test drove an Odyssey to make sure I'd like it as I was the " I'm never driving a van girl" growing up, drove it and loved it! The financing team is also great, they don't stop trying until they get you the best rates possible! I will definitely come back here again!! Love my Honda's! More
