My van had flashing check engine light and low on engine oil. I called service dept and spoke to Jason. He took care of the repair over the phone, and take extra initiative to please the customer. We had an excellent experience over all buying our new car. I was extremely busy and we spent a minimal amount of time, which was great. my car is 2000 accord v6. 97K miles and there are some noises from hood. they not only didn't fixed all problems, but also cause more problems, many warning lights was on after car was repaired. Jason explain that the reason is my car has many noises and he is not honest, as car expert he asked me to drive back. . the car was out of control when I pick my daughter back to home. I came back to dealer and Jason told me many things need to be repaired and cost more.... I never have bad experience like this before. More
