I was treated fairly and was not pressured. I was permitted to take the car for a test drive on two separate occasions without a salesman looking over my shoulder. Car was delivered when promised and permitted to take the car for a test drive on two separate occasions without a salesman looking over my shoulder. Car was delivered when promised and was clean and ready to go. I have bought or leased Acura, Infiniti, BMW, Porsche and Ford products over the last ten years and was never treated better. I am looking forward to driving my 2013 Accord v6 w Navi for many years to come and am looking forward to free oil changes for the life of the car. No other dealership has offered that type of free service. More

I was very pleased with Chay Jenkins. I explained the kind of car I was looking for and he found it on the first try. He was very efficient in processing the information and moving things along. I went i kind of car I was looking for and he found it on the first try. He was very efficient in processing the information and moving things along. I went in to look at cars around 1PM and drove away with a new one before 4PM. Couldn't have asked for a smoother or easier process. More
I had an excellent experience buying my new Honda 2013 Fit at Honda of Princeton. I have called and visited several dealerships lately, and Honda of Princeton was much more "civil" than the rest. I w Fit at Honda of Princeton. I have called and visited several dealerships lately, and Honda of Princeton was much more "civil" than the rest. I would also highly recommend Robert Kashman. He is a kind man who did not put undue pressure on a fast sell. One gets the idea that he enjoys his job and that he wants the customer to be pleased with their purchase experience. The price of the car seemed fair (there isn't really much room to discount a Fit), and I was pleased to know that they provide free oil changes. My only disappointment was the trade-in price I received for my old Fit (several thousand below the Edmunds trade in value). Ultimately I blame myself for not negotiating on this point. More
Ever since we purchased our Odyssey from Honda of Princeton, I have been taking the car for service to this facility even though I have other dealers closer to home. In my experience, it's a well ma Princeton, I have been taking the car for service to this facility even though I have other dealers closer to home. In my experience, it's a well managed and well run dealership (all the way from their sales staff to their mechanics. My most recent service experience was to take care of a passenger side door that would not latch on securely. It took two visits but the door seems to be functioning well now. Matt Disturnell was my service advisor and in my opinion is very professional and courteous. Was very attentive and listened to the problems we were experiencing with the car door. I have no qualms in referring Honda of Princeton to my friends and family!!! Please keep up the great service. Thank You. More

I wanted to test drive the new 2013 accord. Met with salesman Bob Kashman who took me on the test drive. Bob was very professional and answered all my questions. The car basically sold itself. We came b salesman Bob Kashman who took me on the test drive. Bob was very professional and answered all my questions. The car basically sold itself. We came back to office and sat down to hash out some numbers. They do not use high pressure tactics at all here. I really had no intention of buying the car at the time. I had an idea of numbers regarding a lease payment. There number started out a little higher and then came down a few dollars. There was not much haggling at all. I think I was mostly impressed with the car which prompted me to make the deal the same day. Its a very nice dealership, brand new everything and everyone is especially friendly and courteous. Coffee, donuts, flat screen TVs-all very nice but not that important to me. I am sure this is all part of what they are taught in how to treat the customers. At times its a little overboard but certainly not annoying. They are trying to sell cars and why not be pleasant as opposed to rude or uninterested. We agreed on a price and then the long waiting for paperwork. I never understand why it takes so long. It was not any longer than anywhere else I experienced, pretty much the norm. I filled out some prelminary papers and then left and came back later in the day to complete the process and drive off with my car. I then met with Business Manager Derrick Battle who was equally professional and pleasant. This was relatively quick process of signatures. No hard sells on all the after sale stuff which I never buy anyway. Then I got with Bob again who went over the car with me and then off the lot I went. I typically dread car shopping for the time it takes and the haggling. Aside from the time factor the overall experience was very pleasant. I usually put up a bigger fight for working the price, for some reason I didn't here. Could have been the low pressure and soft approach of the salesman. If so, then they are doing their job well. I felt like the price was fair but always feel that I could have gotten it for less. I was called back a few days later by Derrick because something was wrong with the paperwork which meant my having to drive back down again. He apologized for the mistake and gave me a voucher for a free car wash which was appreciated. I now wait for my plated to come in. So far the car is very nice and I happy. I would recommend a visit to this dealer if considering a Honda. More
Kevin knows my name and has my records brought up in the computer before I have finished driving in and turning off my car. Amazing memory. This was a quick fix because the cold weather had caused my tire computer before I have finished driving in and turning off my car. Amazing memory. This was a quick fix because the cold weather had caused my tire pressure light to come on. Readjusted the tire pressure and no charge. Can't get better than that! More
One of the best experiences we've had with an auto dealer over the past 10 years. Our 2010 Honda Crosstour (50K miles) required >$1000 worth of work due to a fluke breakdown in the steering column. Jason w over the past 10 years. Our 2010 Honda Crosstour (50K miles) required >$1000 worth of work due to a fluke breakdown in the steering column. Jason went above and beyond his responsibilities and secured a significant discount for us through the Honda corporation. We have always had fantastic customer service through Sales and Service at Honda of Princeton, but this particular experience stands out not only b/c of the $$$ savings but also b/c of Jason's pleasant demeanor, fabulous response time, and persistence with Honda Corporate.
