We were looking at a particular Honda Odyssey that we'd seen advertised on the internet. The price was good, the condition of the van was excellent, but upon test-driving there seemed to be a tranmission seen advertised on the internet. The price was good, the condition of the van was excellent, but upon test-driving there seemed to be a tranmission issue, so I didn't plan on buying it. However, our salesman Tom Thornton had it looked at in the garage, and it needed a software update. After the update, it drove beautifully. I'm very happy they tried hard to fix the problem and we ended up purchasing the van. It's still in fine shape! More

The service department at Honda of Princeton is, in a word, outstanding. From start to finish, the service experience is always efficient, friendly, prompt, helpful and of the highest quality. Coupons are often available. Hours are fantastic, and I've found that if you arrive during the dinner hour, you are in and out in less than 30 minutes for an oil/filter change. During my experience this week, the technician also recommended an air filter change, new wiper blades and a tire rotation. I was still in and out within 30 minutes, including the brake check and other quality checks. When I arrived, Chris Meyer was busy talking to another customer so he kind of ignored me, but that was ok. Kevin Holahan quickly returned to his post, checked me in quickly and told me that I was next in line, so I wouldn't be there long. Very satisfactory. Also, the waiting area is awesome with great coffee (three choices) in lovely china cups/saucers, and delicious, fresh baked goods. A flat-screen TV is available, as well as free wifi, which I love. Overall, the service experience really couldn't be much better. Well done Honda of Princeton!! More
