I've been dealing with these guys for years and years and have NEVER had a bad experience. It seems that many (but not all) dealerships put their energies into giving the customer a good experience when buying a car. Most neglect giving those customers a good experience, who keep their cars ove energies into giving the customer a good experience when buying a car. Most neglect giving those customers a good experience, who keep their cars over 3 or 4 years and need service. This is not true of Princeton Honda. After having a very bad experience with the service manager a Clinton Honda and finding that Princeton honda had good reviews of their service dept.,I went there and had my problem fixed for a lot less money (and aggravation). Matt was very friendly and helpful and the technicians made what Clinton Honda claimed was a big problem into a very small one. More

I pulled my CRV into the service bay and was greeted by my name. The customer lounge was incredibly bright, clean and comfortable, with someone serving coffee and baked goods.
