Towed a 2001 Accord to this dealer for repair when the engine wouldn’t start up all of sudden. Dealer service rep recommended several parts replacement and also tune ups, which totaled about $1,300. When picked up the car and drove home, there were still problems--engine misfires and abnormal idling. Took the car back to the dealer the next morning and was told that I still need yet another part replaced which would cost me another $500. Called up Hamilton Honda for comparison, and learned that their part price was about $100 cheaper, by the way. Ended up taking the car to KPS Princeton Garage, where the same OEM Honda part price was almost half of what dealers were charging. More

I've been going to this dealership since it was Z&W Honda for service on my '92 Accord wagon (now with 202,000 miles) and it's always been good. But this time around I was especially impressed with the Honda for service on my '92 Accord wagon (now with 202,000 miles) and it's always been good. But this time around I was especially impressed with the knowledge and highest level of customer care and courtesy ever extended to my by any dealership by Ed Chrebet. Given the age of this vehicle and the work it required my bill was just under $3000.00 but it was worth it. Ed pretty much nailed what to expect before I committed to the service. And, some parts that were thought to be unavailable for the front was found by Ed in a broadcast message to other dealerships. Given that the work on my car was already in progress at the time I am going back to finish it up. More

Jeff was lucky enough to have the desk closest to the door, so he got an earful. First thing I said to him was "Please help me stop regretting having bought a Honda!" Since I purchased my 2010 Civic, getting service from my dealership (Sloane Honda in NE Phila) has been no less than a nightmare. Between their impersonal service, inconvenient hours and the overwhelming attitude of indifference, I was finally done with them. When I stopped at Sloane after my engine light came on, they actually refused to look at it because it was 4:50pm and their IMA tech was leaving at 5!! Called another dealership close to home and they said they could look at it in 3 weeks! 3 weeks driving 90 miles a day with my engine light on?!?! No thanks! So, after hearing good things about Princeton Honda I decided to go for it. I was a little weary since it's 45 miles from home, but I wandered in anyway, complained to Jeff for a while, and he showed me around and scheduled me for service right away. He's been great ever since. With the nature of my service requiring multiple visits, interrupted by a hurricane, power outages and me being in and out of town, Jeff has been super patient, super sweet and truly the nicest person I have dealt with since I bought my Honda. So far, everyone I have encountered at Princeton Honda has been really nice and welcoming (their great sense of humor helps as well). It's so nice being able to walk into the service area and be treated like they've known me for years! Having been spoiled rotten by the mechanic and service rep who took care of my last two cars, I never thought I would find that again, but I have!! YAY! More
My experience at Princeton Honda was pleasant. Our salesperson, Richard Santos took excellent care of us. Not only do they verbally claim to have a motto and culture which emphasizes customer service, salesperson, Richard Santos took excellent care of us. Not only do they verbally claim to have a motto and culture which emphasizes customer service, it seems as if they actually found employees who buy into that. Richard understood our price-range, both in terms of monthly payments as well as total overall cost. You can see how time was a factor in our decision. While we had time constraints of our own, it never felt as if Richard was rushing us. He walked through what a repair or oil-change service would be like. Apparently we get free oil & filter changes and car washes for the life of the car, too. I will definitely refer them to my friends. More

In the midst of yet another storm it's great to know that I can always rely on you guys. Brought the car in for oil change yesterday afternoon, found a coolant hose leak, part not there but it was acquired a I can always rely on you guys.
