I would like to thank Mr Steve Hoffman for making my roof rack purchace and installation come together so quickly. I live an hour south in Mount Laurel, NJ, but had a very positive buying experience with my CR-V from Princeton (With Mr Hoffman) a few months back. By the end of that day, the roof rack was ordered from the warehouse, and by Wednesday, I was set up for installation on Thursday. Mr Hoffman coordianted with the person installing the roof rack to stay around later than normal work hours until I could make it there late in the afternoon. I am active duty Army, and valued that flexibilty. When I went over to another building to pay, the Manager gave a generous military discount on the part and labor. I appreciated the discount and am impressed with the overall service, once again, from Honda of Princeton. More

Everyone was very very friendly. While I was sitting in the waiting area I was treated like a king. They asked me if I would like water coffee and so on.
