Buying a new car here was made as easy as it could possibly be. I got an almost immediate response to my initial request for an Internet quote, and received a follow-up email explaining exactly what w possibly be. Lisa Madeira did a great job of keeping in touch by email until I was ready to make a purchase. On the day I was ready to come in for a test drive, it was my good fortune to be assigned Taylor Reed as my sales consultant, who is definitely not your stereotypical car salesman. He is very professional and pleasant to deal with. He did a great job explaining all of the features of the car to me. I came in for a test drive at 6pm thinking that I would have to make arrangements to pick up the car another day because it was already late in the day. But they were able to make everything happen in two hours, including taking care of the return of my Enterprise rental car through their satellite office. One less hassle for me to deal with. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealer and have had a good experience both times. More

They were incredibly flexible and helpful working with us, entertaining our children, and working around our schedule to get us out the door with our new car. They helped us to organize all of the required documents for trading in our old vehicle and preparing to take home our new car. They were very knowledgeable and we felt they tailored their suggestions to the needs we expressed. We feel we got a great deal on our new car and love driving it! We enjoyed our car buying experience and look forward to seeing Gary and Lisa, along with the entire staff again when we take our car in for the free oil changes and car washes. More
The experience at Honda of Princeton was terrific. We had gone by to get a quick oil change on my 2006 Civic and ended up leaving with a beautiful 2012 Civic. We drove up and were greeted by name. Even if it meant the service guy just looked up my license's plate in their database to get my name, it was a really nice way to start off the visit. We decided to wait and for fun to test drive the new civics. I loved the car as soon as I drove it - especially the technology package Honda has included in their new cars. Awesome. I told them what deal I wanted and within 20 minutes, we were done. The attention we got as customers was outstanding -- we got just enough space to make our decision without feeling pressured or having hovering salesmen at our side, but were able to ask as many questions as we wanted. The dealership was busy so it took a little longer to finalize the paperwork and drive away in our new car. The experience was great because of Jonathan and Bob! More

My main contact persons have been Jonathan Dorf and Tom Connelly.Both are real professionals who are both knowledgeable and supportive. They always go the extra mile for a customer. I should also mention Chris in service, Joe and Chris in parts who have been very much involved in keeping our vehicles in top form.Kevin who runs Express Service, has been my mentor since my first visit to Honda of Princeton.Mark,Head Mechanic is the Best! I will continue my relationship with HOP and send them customers at every opportunity! More

Calm, pleasant atmosphere. Salespeople were not the slime you meet at other dealers. Good selection of cars in stock, so good probability to get car in lot that meets your desires. Price negotiations were concluded swiftly so you didn't have to waste a lot of time there. No long drawn out process that I have experienced at other dealers. Even if I might do a little better in price at some other dealers, the pain and suffering and waste of time they put you through is not worth saving a couple of bucks, in my opinion. More
I was looking for a new car and had visited a couple dealerships. Honda of Princeton had the exact car I wanted. Taylor Reed happened to be the guy who picked up the phone the actual day I came in to buy my new sweet ride.....and I was grateful he was! I think I will buy every new car I get from Taylor! Car shopping had not been an enjoyable experience previously, but this time it was FUN!!! John Dorf came over to thank me and wish me luck. I was there for about 4 hours and thankfully all the people I met were really nice and entertaining! Evan worked on the numbers and while I wasn't too thrilled about my monthly payment, he was such a good sales person in finance I took extras I didn't think I wanted. And he's the finance guy...impressive. My husband and I plan on getting another car and I have feeling that it will be a Honda and we'll be driving in to see Taylor. You should, too!!! I may not have paid what I wanted to pay for the car but the amazing thing is that everyone was so awesome at the dealership that the few extra bucks were worth it to me. And...free oil changes and a car wash for the life of my car? FANTASTIC. Love these guys! More

I didn't buy my Accord there although I live in Princeton since their price was way higher than Hamilton Honda. Today, I called them if I can do a particular service(I mentioned what I need on the phone) and since their price was way higher than Hamilton Honda. Today, I called them if I can do a particular service(I mentioned what I need on the phone) and they said just come. Then I went there, but a serviceman told me I needed to make an appointment. After figuring I didn't buy my car there, he became very unfriendly and rude. Told me to make an appointment, and he didn't record my phone and name. I don't think he actually made an appointment for me. Anyway, I will never go there again. I don't know how this dealer could survive with these kind of people. Strongly against this dealer. More
