Have leased before through Gary and Honda of Princeton and it has always been a very pleasureable experience. The renovations to the dealership are also very good and I especially liked the enclosed deliv and it has always been a very pleasureable experience. My husband and I arrived to see a used car we had seen on-line. When we described the car to Steve, he realized that it was not on the used lot because it had been sent over to the new car lot. He went over to get it and brought it back for us to test drive. While we were gone, he printed the carfax report that we had asked him about and brought up on the computer the record of maintenance that the car had since arriving at Princeton Honda. My husband asked about Kelly Blue book and he happily retrieved that information for him as well. We informed Steve that the car was for my son and that we needed to bring him back at 3pm when he was done working. We also mentioned our concern about the one small dent in the rear fender. Steve got Pete involved who explained that he would either have it fixed or take the cost of fixing it off the price of the car. While we were gone, Pete got an estimate for the fix. When we came back at 3 PM, the car was ready for us to test drive again. We decided to take the car and Pete gave my husband such a great price, my husband did not even haggle and he is the haggling King! By this time it was 4:30 and the dealership was closing at 5. They told us they could deliver the car on Monday. After seeing the dissappointment in my sons eyes, Steve and Pete spoke to Jim who agreed to stay and do the paperwork. We completed the paperwork about 6 pm and Steve was still there! He had the car detailed and was waiting to explain the bluetooth system to my son. He sat in the car with him for about 30 minutes going over things with him. While we were waiting Chay ws passing by and mentioned that he loved that car and that he was the new car sale rep that took it in. We then boraged him with questions about the past owner such as age, why it was traded in, if it was garage kept. He was pleasant to speak to and helped us pass the time while we waited for Steve to finish with our son. It was an amazingly smooth, stress-free, haggle-free transaction. More

We purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot EX 4WD recently at this dealership. Great overall experience from the time we went for a test drive to final hand over of keys. Evan, our finance manager was great too - explained the different financing packages available and wasn't pushy at all. There was no pressure to buy the vehicle either on the day of test drive or later. Price negotiations were conducted in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone who is interested in a hassle free purchase. More
Taylor took the time to address my needs, my past vehicle buying experiences and what I was looking for in a vehicle. Lisa was very nice and attentive throughout the entire process and was utlimately responsible for getting me into the showroom....... not to mention that she was way more pleasing to the eyes than Taylor, Evan and Jon were !! Jon "The Pit boss" was fun to work with, even if I felt he "low-balled" my trade !!! I guess he was just doing his job and maximizing the profits for the company. If I was in his shoes, I would be doing the exact same thing. Evan, the finance guy, did his job well but committed to certtain things the service dept. wasn't able to accomplish. Evan advised that a special interior and exterior Simonize treatment, as well as installation of rear splash guards and running boards would be something that could be done fairly quickly while I waited. In checking with the service dept. this was a 4+ hour process by appointment only. I let Evan know that I was displeased at initially believing that my finance rate was going to be 1.9% and ended up being at 2.4% with PNC Bank. This fact should've been communicated to me and Taylor early on........ as he (Taylor) too thought it was at 1.9%. It ultimately didn't cost Taylor the sale but for other customers it just might cost a sale. I also belive I was charged twice for the running boards and rear mud flaps(also added to the financing application) because the $700+ price was in the finance contract even though I paid for it myself with a credit card. Overall, the friendliness and attentive nature of the staff was top notch! More

Purchased Honda Civic Hybrid new in 2005. Serviced it a Princeton Honda. Frequently asked why transmission shuddered. Was told it was the way it is. Shudder gets worse as years go by. They say Take it to Honda dealer. Princeton Honda. Princeton says it can fix transmission with two computer adjustments. Transmission still shuddered. Needs an axle, they said. Put in aftermarket axle. Now transmission shudders and car thumps when turning right. Back to Princeton Honda. Needs another axle and some front end stuff, they say. I was born at night but not last night. Suspicious, I go to two front end shops and axles check out fine. No wear. But your transmission shudders real bad, they say. Take it Honda dealer. Go to different Honda dealer. They run vin and suggest there might be warranty fixes. Go for ride. Worst I ever experienced says service guy. And there's thumping when car turns right. This dealer fixes transmission free. Like new. Checks axle and finds aftermarket axle installed by Princeton an inch longer than Honda specs. Install Honda axle and no more thumping on turns. All this expensive but the quality of work was superb. I believe Princeton Honda Service to be inept bordering on criminal and suspect it is not so much the fault of the service guys but the people who own the place. I tell this story to everyone I know. I will never buy another Honda. More

We just purchased a used 2009 Accord, and couldn't have enjoyed the sales experience we had with Honda of Princeton more. They were friendly and knowledgable about the vehicle's specifics and history, and enjoyed the sales experience we had with Honda of Princeton more.
