I purchased a used vehicle from Princeton Honda. I have purchased several cars at various dealerships but this was by far the best experience so far. The internet sales Manager Sean Lipschultz was very prompt in returning my emails/calls, he addressed all of my questions and concerns prior to going to the dealership. When I went to Princeton Honda I was greeted by Sean and he referred me to a sales person by the name of Matt Brokaw. Matt was very knowledegeable and professional, not pushy like other sales people I have dealt with in the past. The process was smooth and I am very satisfied with the overall service provided by Matt and Sean. I am sure they will both sell alot of cars at Princeton Honda due to their top notch service. More
Not going to buy a Honda, but in the midst of wholesale reconstruction of their showroom that has them evicted to the back of the building, these guys were busy, cheerful and unfailingly accommodating. Salesperson Maxine is a font of knowledge about the products she sells and was eager to do whatever she could to make sure I had an enjoyable and productive test-drive. I found a product I liked better, but if it's a Honda you're looking for these guys will take good care of you. More
I cant say enough of how happy I am with my experience at this dealership. Contacted them via web inquiring about a Honda lease special. Was immediatly contacted by Sean Lipschultz. We basically had the entire deal done via a few emails. Absolutly zero issues on pricing. No hidden suprises. He was detailed and upfront with all expected costs. This was followed up with a brief email exchange with a sales associate named Maxine Durbetaki. She told me exactly what I needed to finalize the deal. A couple of scanned docuiments and an email or so later, I picked up my new Accord. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is tired of the usual gauntlet one experiences with some of the "Highway" dealers. More

Gary and Evan were wonderful to deal with. Very professional, informative, helpful and pleasant. I had gone to another dealer closer to my home first who was firm and I felt would not work will me. At Honda of Princeton, the sales department made me feel more like a valued customer. We had a great experience at Honda of Princeton. We went there first because it was the closest dealership and we trusted the Honda name. After having a good first experience with a very knowledgeable, friendly, and not-pushy salesman, we made the rounds to the other dealerships. We found the other dealerships to all be lacking compared to Honda of Princeton, both in terms of the sales people and the prices. A week later we returned to Honda of Princeton and purchased the first car we test drove. They were well under the Kelley Blue Blook and True Market Value with a car that was in perfect condition and we were able to extend the warantees well beyond what we could with other dealerships. The next car we buy will probably come from the same place. More

Although my initial contact (Matt) was not working on the day I came in the other guys working gave me excellent service. They covered for each other and never left me feeling like I was nuisance. And they had their own buying customers and they weren't getting any of the commission. I would also like to say that Tia who works out the financing did a great job. The is excellent and I would definitely purchase from them again. They take care of everything! More
Great customer service from Lisa Madiara. She was extremely helpful in getting me the exact car I wanted, and even had the car detailed and waiting for me when I got there!
