We had a great experience at Honda of Princeton. We went there first because it was the closest dealership and we trusted the Honda name. After having a good first experience with a very knowledgeable, friendly, and not-pushy salesman, we made the rounds to the other dealerships. We found the other dealerships to all be lacking compared to Honda of Princeton, both in terms of the sales people and the prices. A week later we returned to Honda of Princeton and purchased the first car we test drove. They were well under the Kelley Blue Blook and True Market Value with a car that was in perfect condition and we were able to extend the warantees well beyond what we could with other dealerships. The next car we buy will probably come from the same place. More
Although my initial contact (Matt) was not working on the day I came in the other guys working gave me excellent service. They covered for each other and never left me feeling like I was nuisance. And they had their own buying customers and they weren't getting any of the commission. I would also like to say that Tia who works out the financing did a great job. The is excellent and I would definitely purchase from them again. They take care of everything! More

Great customer service from Lisa Madiara. She was extremely helpful in getting me the exact car I wanted, and even had the car detailed and waiting for me when I got there! After putting the proper information into the website and being very specific about what I wanted (a 36 month lease on a 12 Civic EX no money down, qualify for Honda's top tier credit, no trade). I got an email that said she sent me an email with the quote. Nope never happened. When I requested that she resend, I got an email that was for MSRP. First of all, I wasn't buying a car but leasing one. Secondly, I could have gotten MSRP from anywhere on the internet. If you have a portal that says "Internet Sales" then you should be able to sell a car through the internet, not as a fishing pole to lure people to your site. Willis Honda in Burlington, dealt with me via phone and internet in a professional manner and "earned" my business. Just because I am an internet buyer, make no mistake about my loyalty as a customer. Willis will now be in the drivers seat of their own destination for each new car I buy. My time is too valuable to waste. Total time buying a car the old fashioned way.... 5 hours or more. This time. 30 minutes of email and phone calls including credit apps and price negotiations (at my leisure). 30 minutes at the dealership to sign paperwork and drive away. YOU GUYS BLEW IT. More
The Customer Service was definitely 5 Star. My initial email request for a quote was answered within the hour, followed up with a phone call asking if we received an answer. We arrived at the Dealer, Honda of Princeton on Monday, 10/31/2011. Everyone we came in contact with was courteous and knowledgeable. Maxine Durbetaki spent several hours with us, answering questions, offering various options, showing the automobiles and packages available. Maxine was an excellent Sales Representative, absolutely no pressure, resulting in a sale of our choice, at a price acceptable to us. She also offered various engine options, 6, 4 cylinder, informed us about the performance of the car and showed us the automobiles in stock. There were points of interest we would not have explored without her assistance. Thomas Connelly, Sales Manager and Jim Miller, Business Manager were always available for questions. They were prompt, courteous, and friendly. The Staff sould be given a great deal of credit. The conditions they were working with, the new construction, was distracting to say the least and everyone managed to give very good service. More
