Easy and informative salespeople! My initial experience was a test drive. I drove a CRV with Justin and determined it was too small for our needs. Justin applied no pressure and provid My initial experience was a test drive. I drove a CRV with Justin and determined it was too small for our needs. Justin applied no pressure and provided a great deal of information. I took his card and went to several other dealerships to drive competing brands. My wife and I narrowed our choices to three models, including the Honda Pilot. We found a new 2017 Honda Pilot in their inventory, I called Justin, and he was not working that day. He referred us to John, and met John for a test drive. John answered all of our questions, was well informed about the vehicle's features, and made no attempt to pressure us to buy. We decided to enter into negotiations. A red flag went up when I learned we would be negotiating with "the person in the other room". In spite of my concern, the process was easy, short, and involved no pressure. We made an offer, they countered, we countered, and we agreed on a price. The price was at the low end of what Kelly Blue Book listed as target prices for this year and model. The dealership evaluated our trade and offered near the top of what Kelly listed as a fair trade in value. The dealership stipulated an extended warranty and lifetime oil changes be purchased as part of the deal. I had expected this, and had researched prices on the warranty. The extended warranty was something I wanted even before the dealership asked that it be included. They offered the warranty and lifetime oil changes at what I considered a fair price. We agreed on the deal. When we went into the finance person's office, he offered the usual protective coatings, etc. I declined, no pressure was placed on us to buy, and the deal was concluded. We love the car, and found everyone at the dealership to be courteous. More
It took 7 hours to buy my car! I walked out 3 times during negotiations and was brought back with what I wanted and had been told was impossible 2 minutes earlier.
