Good service department, but their prices that they say "reflect the current market" are ridiculous. We saved $3,000 on a 2024 CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring by driving to Tomball to pick it up. His manager stepped in and was very cordial, but did not keep his word, big integrity issue. After we agreed in terms, I offered to complete a credit app he said not yet. We agreed to meet in the morning to sign contracts. I have the texts showing these conversations. After the dealer ship closed I received a phone call telling me that someone else sold the vehicle. Results are; wife upset, veteran given the obligatory "thanks for your service" now known to mean nothing to these folks, four embarrassed adult family members who were with me during the process, and proof that this dealer has no idea of the meaning of "my word is my bond". The salesperson who informed me that the car was sold again said that his manager (Larry) told him I should of left a deposit. I was never asked to do so, I thought the manager's word and a handshake was good enough. I was a dealership manager for 20 or so years and I see 5 possible customers list forever. Probably not a big deal as there are more customers than cars. More

He told me it would be done. When my my car was ready I paid for the service and was given a receipt which included a list of services performed. I was also told that the air filter was in good condition. When I got in the car I was looking over the multi point inspection form and all services listed were marked "checked and ok at this time" including all the fluids. I knew that I was out of windshield washer fluid so I tried to use it and it had not been filled even though it was checked off as having been done. I went back inside and told them and to their credit they immediately filled it.but that makes me wonder how many other items on that list were checked as performed and were in fact not done. When I got home I popped the hood to check the air filter myself and it was clearly in need of a new one. Also, because the engine compartment was so dusty my fingers left prints on the air box where there were none before. The dust and lack of fingerprints before I opened it proves that they were never anywhere near the air filter. I feel that they are dishonest and will not take my car there for service again. More
We intended to pay cash for a vehicle. Salesperson stated the car we wanted was selling ABOVE MSRP. If we are paying cash we are not paying MSRP. Buying my new car was great, however the service department sucks, she let my hood slam down hard, they left oil by the door handle and on the door. And turned off my radio, changed my entire seat b department sucks, she let my hood slam down hard, they left oil by the door handle and on the door. And turned off my radio, changed my entire seat both back and seat all up and changed the air setting. I had just washed and detailed my car. They kept my car for more than 1.5 hours, this is its first oil change. I hope I don't find oil on the inside. I am very upset by this and the attitude of this service staff. Not one of my cars have ever been messed up from other dealerships this is a new one for me. You don't do this to somebody's new, old or used car, have some xxxx respect. More

Th Be prepared for the standard package: 1. One price online- different price in person 2. Installed Dealer Accessories " Due to Market Conditions". They add stuff to your car without you asking and BS about it. It usually sounds like "store policy, cant remove etc" What's funny is that I've had a sales rep tell me " we add tint, interior protection" in one sentence and literally following up with " all cars come with that" in the next. To translate: "we add extra stuff to the price and tell our customers that the car comes with that" The kicker- explanation for why they add accessories, which is 'due to the market conditions". So break this down: low inventory+ high demand= high prices. So what you're saying is that high market prices isnt enough and you decided to rip off people even more? Stay away! More
