They are not costumer oriented and don’t give and accurate solutions for their costumers. Last year I bought a car with technical issues they knew it and they still sold me that car; now I’m wastin accurate solutions for their costumers. If I could put 0 starts I would do that. I bought a 2014 Nissan Sentra from them on July 2021, I bought the extended warranty because the car had a lot of miles on it. They sold me the most expensive insurance they could get their hands on. (The insurance was for a convertible car and I bought a 2014 Nissan Sentra) BUT THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING. About three or four months after I bought the car, the transmission started to fail. So I took the car to them and oh surprise; the car needed about $1,000 worth of work which I paid for. Some time after that happened the car failed again AND OH SURPRISE THE CAR NEEDED A WHOLE NEW TRANSMISSION. HONDA OF SANTA MARIA DID THE WORK, and now the car is failing again on the same issue that they supposedly fixed. After 18 months I decided that I had it with this car (I suppose they sold it to me knowing it needed a lot of work But i guess they needed to sell a car that day) So I decided that I would sell the car back to HONDA OF SANTA MARIA after all, they sold it to me; they serviced the car 2 times including a whole new transmission and OH SURPRISE, THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED IN PURCHASING THE CAR. The biggest disappointment is that I suppose they sold me the car knowing it needed work. Probably just to meet their sales quota. And now that’s costing me a lot of money. Like I said at the beginning if I could put 0 starts I would do it. I will also create a video and put it everywhere I can hopefully we can save some other customer from this company. More
