We were first time customers today, being from out of state, and needing routine service on our Passport. We were told it would take 1.5 hours (brake fluid, tire rotation, oil change..nothing special). state, and needing routine service on our Passport. We were told it would take 1.5 hours (brake fluid, tire rotation, oil change..nothing special). Instead, it took 3 hours. Melissa, our service rep, was nice, but at no time did she provide any updates to us as to why there was a delay. This is poor customer service: keeping customers informed is a basic skill. She only did so when we asked when the vehicle would be ready. She did mention it was a master technician working on our vehicle. That's great, but perhaps she and he might estimate their time a bit better. At our Honda dealer in our home state, this has never happened. Generally the work is finished before the time they give us. If we need service again in the Sarasota area, we certainly will not be returning to Wilde Honda. More

When I met with Michael he was so kind and caring and listened to what I was telling him my needs were. He didn’t have what I was looking for but suggested since I was in no hurry that they would possibly get a car which met my needs. He suggested a car that wasn’t my radar. When I went to look at the car I fell in love with it. So unfortunately for Michael he didn’t get to sell me a car but I will always be grateful for him being so caring and so honest and introducing me to a car that I do like. We were trying to inquire about a vehicle and the sales man was trying to give us the run around. By the time he provided a drive out price it was $8,000 above the sales price of the car. I contacted the sales manager and he was no use as we planned to drive to Florida to pick up this car today. I have taken screenshots of their website pricing and their mobile website application pricing. They had a sales pricing on the vehicle, but now that they are getting other people inquiring about it they decided to increase the price and not honor the website or mobile sales price. This is very wary and I would caution working with Chad (Sales consultant) and the manager. We've purchased from multiple dealers in Texas and Florida and this is the first time we ever had a dealership reject their OWN asking price. More
