This turned out to be an excellent referral as Michael was friendly, provided helpful information in guiding me to the right trim level and pros & cons of buying vs. leasing. Michael took me out on an extended test drive to demonstrate all the features of the 2020 CRV Touring. He also explained the financial options...all with no pressure. After making my choice, Michael ordered the new CRV and had it ready for me within a couple days. Upon delivery Michael, again, went over all the new features as well as walking through the entire vehicle to ensure everything was in order. The financial transaction was also hassle free with Joe. Everything was explained clearly and he went out of his way to apply discounts available through AAA and Honda. All in all, Michael made this a very enjoyable and stress free experience. He went above and beyond what I have experienced in any new car purchase since I started buying cars in the 1970's - and Honda's since 1986. Had a great experience with Jim Timpson! I live out of state and saw the car I wanted. He got all the financing taken care of for me, even got payments lower than I was expecting. Martha was there every step of the way and with no pressure. We went in just to see what was available. We test drove a Pilot then looked at what was on the lot. In the meantime we checked out the Costco Auto buying program and saw that Wilde was the only participating dealer. We went in and spoke with Martha to get the details and what the discount would be with Costco’s program. During this period there was no pressure to come back. After looking at various vehicles at other dealerships we went back to Martha and closed the deal. She got all of the issues that came up taken care of in a timely and friendly manner. It was a very easy and uncomplicated experience from beginning to end. We received a beautiful vehicle and plan on having all our service done at Wilde Honda.
