Martha was there every step of the way and with no pressure. We went in just to see what was available. We test drove a Pilot then looked at what was on the lot. We went in and spoke with Martha to get the details and what the discount would be with Costco’s program. During this period there was no pressure to come back. After looking at various vehicles at other dealerships we went back to Martha and closed the deal. She got all of the issues that came up taken care of in a timely and friendly manner. It was a very easy and uncomplicated experience from beginning to end. We received a beautiful vehicle and plan on having all our service done at Wilde Honda. Not only was he enthusiastic about showing us some of the least pricey options on the used car lot, he took time to educate my teens about car brands and reputations, CarFax, insurance, and safety options. He gave us his full attention, even ignoring his phone which I am sure was alerting him about bigger fish and better deals. Even though we were budget-minded, Michael treated us like VIPs.
